TraCert Expands European Presence
We are pleased to announce the establishment of TraCert Deutschland GmbH, marking an important step in strengthening TraCert’s regional presence in Europe.
With this development, TraCert operates through a structured group model consisting of:
TraCert OÜ (Estonia) - Group holding and Baltic base
TraCertDev OÜ (Estonia) - Estonia-based subsidiary
TraCert Deutschland GmbH (Germany) - German subsidiary
The group now includes two subsidiaries, one in Estonia and one in Germany, creating a strong foundation across key European regions.
TraCert Deutschland GmbH is located in Bavaria, positioning the company in close proximity to customers and regional partners. This geographic focus ensures direct presence where collaboration and implementation take place.
In addition, TraCert maintains branch representations in Poland and Italy, further reinforcing its footprint across Europe and ensuring local accessibility in important markets.
This structure reflects a clear regional strategy:
A strong Baltic base through TraCert Estonia
A dedicated German presence in Bavaria
Representation in Southern and Eastern Europe through Italy and Poland
The group continues to be jointly managed to ensure alignment across all entities. TraCert Deutschland GmbH will be led by Max Casdorff, strengthening leadership within the German market and supporting regional development.
This expansion is not simply an organizational step. It reinforces TraCert’s long-term commitment to being present where our partners operate - across the Baltics, Germany, and key European regions.
