Data We Collect and Legal Basis
Contact form data: When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and company/organisation name. This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures or performance of a contract) and/or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry).
Server log files: When you visit our website, our hosting provider automatically collects technical information including your IP address, browser type, referring URL, date and time of access. This processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website). Log files are deleted after 7 days at the latest.
Purpose of Processing
We use the data we collect solely for the following purposes: responding to inquiries submitted via the contact form, managing client relationships and providing our services, and improving the performance and user experience of our website.
Sharing of Data
TraCert OÜ does not sell, rent, or lease personal data to third parties. Where we engage service providers who process personal data on our behalf (e.g. hosting providers), we have concluded data processing agreements with them in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. A transfer of personal data to third countries outside the EEA takes place only where an adequate level of data protection is ensured (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or as required by applicable law. Contact form inquiries are deleted after 3 years unless an ongoing business relationship has been established.

This website uses only technically necessary cookies required for the operation of the site. These cookies do not require your consent under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We do not use analytics, marketing, or tracking cookies.
