Case Study: Streamlining Standardization–
TraCert's Innovative Workflow System for ASD-STAN

In July 2024, TraCert launched a comprehensive workflow system for ASD-STAN, including a web based kollaborative XML authoring tool, tailored to write standard documents. The system was designed to enhance the efficiency of over 50 working groups involved in writing international standards for the aviation industrie. The system features a manages role-based access, progresses standards through a specific workflow, facilitates polls, organizes meetings, and facilitates approvals of standards for publication.
The system also integrates approved standards into the "Stan-shop.org" webshop, featuring an AI-powered search function based on a Large Language Model (LLM) to help customers find the right standards efficiently.
